Douglas E. Gearity, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Founded the Women’s Center in 1996. He is the owner and Medical Director of Gearity Wellness. He specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility treatments, and provides various in-office and outpatient minimally invasive surgical procedures. Dr. Gearity earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, before going on to complete an internship at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and a residency in the Orlando Regional Healthcare System.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Gearity has earned a well-deserved reputation for providing personal, compassionate, and comprehensive patient care using the latest technologies and most trusted practices. Dr. Gearity is also a dedicated husband and proud father of four children.
Jason Azar MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Jason is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for skin health and aesthetics. During Jason’s tenure in aesthetics, he has collaborated with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other leading aesthetic medicine providers to learn the fundamentals of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic medicine procedures. Jason continues to train on the latest techniques and procedures in aesthetics. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jason gained valuable clinical training working as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room. Jason completed his undergraduate nursing education at the University of Central Florida and earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.
Jason is dedicated to helping patients enhance and refresh their natural beauty, so they look as vibrant as they feel. Jason specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, PRP injections, and chemical peels.
A native of Florida, Jason resides in Orlando. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
Ivonne Ernest, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ivonne earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Bethune-Cookman University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University with advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Ivonne is driven by her passion for women’s health and strives to provide compassionate and holistic care to every patient. She believes in educating her patients so that they may be proactive in their health and healthcare decisions.
Ivonne was raised in South Florida with her family roots in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her husband and spending time with her two sons. She loves the beach, boating, fishing, and going to the movies.
